Each pan comes in a box with a booklet of shortbread recipes. Bake directly in the pan, then turn out and cut into squares.

Brown Bag is based in the US and handcrafts all of their pans in Bedford, Virginia.

The shortbread pans are cadmium and lead-free, food-safe, non-toxic and free of harmful chemicals. They're also dishwasher, microwave, and oven-safe.
