Refund policy
Returns
You can return goods in their original, unused condition with original packaging (if applicable) within the 30 days of receiving them.
You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, as they cover a service that has already been provided, unless your product was damaged in transit and a claim has been filed.
To initiate a return, proof of purchase from Kinsfolk Shop is required. Send me an email to set up your return tiu@kinsfolkshop.com.
Damaged Goods
If your order arrives with damaged items, please keep all of the original packaging along with the contents and contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. Please send photos of the damage to tiu@kinsfolkshop.com.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet and we have sent you a confirmation of the refund, please double check your bank/credit card account.
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
