SHIPPING OPTIONS:

How letter mail works: Canada Post letter mail is $2 + tax within Canada (if you're international, please enter your address at checkout for pricing). There is no tracking and no insurance, so I can't file a claim if an order is lost, delayed, or damaged. This means I'm unable to offer a refund or replacement for letter mail orders. Most orders arrive without any issue, but if you'd rather have peace of mind, choose the tracked upgrade at checkout (available in Canada only at the moment - enter your address at checkout for pricing).

Letter mail in Canada typically arrives within 10 business days.

Letter mail shipping is also available to: the United States, UK, Australia, and New Zealand and typically arrives within 30 business days.

Please double check your shipping address before ordering to ensure street numbers and unit numbers are correct as well as postal codes, especially if you use an auto-fill function for your addresses! If you notice a mistake, please respond to your order confirmation email asap and I'll do my best to fix it before your order is shipped.

Duties, tarifs, and any other import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

PAYMENT TYPES

You can pay via Shop Pay, G Pay, Credit Card or PayPal. If you would like to pay via E-Transfer, please send an email to tiu@kinsfolkshop.com before placing your order.

SHIPPING MATERIALS

All orders are sent out with minimal packaging to reduce waste and shipping weight. I ship most things in paper envelopes or rigid cardboard mailers (if needed). Invoices & packing slips are not included but if you require one, leave a note at checkout.
