SHIPPING OPTIONS:

Within Canada: untracked lettermail (up to 10 business days) or tracked parcel (up to 1 week)

USA: lettermail shipping only (untracked, uninsured) (up to 3 weeks)

Worldwide: temporarily unavailable! check back in soon!

Orders are shipped out of Guelph, Ontario, Canada.

Tracking and insurance is not included in letter mail shipping and once it has been shipped, there is no way to tell where it is or how long it will take. There is no refund in the event of loss or damage.

Prices are subject to taxes.

Please double check your shipping address before ordering to ensure street numbers and unit numbers are correct as well as postal codes, especially if you use an auto-fill function for your addresses!

Kinsfolk Shop is not responsible for undelivered/lost mail with incorrectly entered addresses or if untracked (no loss protection) shipping was chosen at checkout as well as any tariffs or duties.

SHIPPING MATERIALS

All orders are sent out with minimal packaging to reduce waste and shipping weight. I ship most things in paper envelopes or rigid cardboard mailers (if needed). Invoices & packing slips are not included but if you require one, leave a note at checkout.
