SHIPPING

Kinsfolk Shop currently ships within Canada and to the US.

Orders are shipped out of Guelph, Ontario via Canada Post letter mail for $2 in Canada and $3 to the US, both of which are untracked and uninsured. Prices are subject to taxes.

If you prefer to have your order tracked and insured, there is a flat rate Expedited shipping upgrade of $13.00 plus tax.

Please double check your shipping address before ordering to ensure street numbers and unit numbers are correct as well as postal codes, especially if you use an auto-fill function for your addresses!

PAYMENT TYPES

You can pay via Shop Pay, G Pay, Credit Card or PayPal. If you would like to pay via E-Transfer, please send an email to tiu@kinsfolkshop.com before placing your order.

SHIPPING MATERIALS

All orders are sent out with minimal packaging to reduce waste and shipping weight. I ship most things in paper envelopes or rigid cardboard mailers (if needed). Invoices are not included but if you require one, leave a note at checkout.
