Orders are currently only shipping out on Tuesdays and Fridays at 4pm EST via Canada Post contactless parcel pick up. Also, Canada Post is not currently guaranteeing delivery times and packages are taking longer to get delivered. All orders are sent with tracking.

Kinsfolk Shop currently ships within Canada and the USA only. Orders are sent out within 2-3 days of purchasing via Canada Post and are sent with tracking.
Canada: Orders of $100.00 or more before taxes qualify for free shipping. Orders under $100.00 are charged a flat rate based on your location within Canada which is calculated at checkout.
USA: Orders of $150.00 or more before taxes qualify for free shipping. Orders under $150.00 are charged a $20 flat rate. The buyer is responsible for imports, taxes, and duties.
Multiple discount codes cannot be applied together. Free shipping over $100 (in CAD) or $150 (in US) does not require a coupon code but only applies if your subtotal reaches $100 (in CAD) or $150 (in US) after discounts and before taxes.
Please verify all of your information before submitting your order. Ensure you include unit numbers, condo numbers, etc. and that your email address is correct. Kinsfolk Shop is not liable for orders that are delivered to the wrong address because of an error submitted by the purchaser. Kinsfolk Shop is not responsible for packages once they are in Canada Post’s hands. I will do my best to help you track down your package, but because I send all orders with tracking, it is essential that you contact Canada Post in the event that your package doesn’t get delivered to you. Also, if your package doesn't arrive, Canada Post will open an investigation to track it down-please respond to their correspondence as this helps me to claim the expense of the missing products in the event that it can't be found which in turn helps me to keep prices down. If Canada Post cannot find your package after their investigation, I will certainly send out a new one to you!
LOCAL PICK UP/DELIVERY
If you live in Guelph, ON, we offer local, contactless porch pick up as well as free local delivery when you spend $20 or more.
At checkout, you’ll be able to select from either delivery, or local pick up. To select local delivery, enter your address in the delivery screen and once it's filled out, click the "Continue to Shipping" button and you should see the delivery options. If you order for local pick up, you’ll receive a pick up notification when your order is ready (usually within 24 hours). Once you receive your pick up notification, please send me an email indicating what time you’d like to come by so I can have your order ready to go.
All orders will be delivered either Wednesday morning or Saturday morning between 9am and noon. If you choose local delivery, order cut off is Tuesday night for Wednesday morning delivery or Friday night for Saturday delivery. Orders will be dropped off at your front door (contactless) and for this reason, we cannot deliver to apartment buildings or condos with buzzers. You will receive an email once your order has been delivered.
You can pay via Shop Pay, G Pay, Credit Card or PayPal. If you would like to pay via E-Transfer, please send an email to email@example.com before placing your order.
All packages are sent in repurposed cardboard boxes or paper envelopes and are sealed with 100% recycled paper tape from No Issue that is printed with soy-based inks. Your box might have writing, vendor labels, or product details that don't necessarily pertain to your order. I receive boxes from vendors and local stores. Some products do have minimal plastic that comes direct from the manufacturer. Most items we try to source plastic/package free. Products are packed as flat as possible to conserve on packaging materials and reduce waste.
To cut back on unnecessary paper waste, we do not include paper receipts or paper packing slips in your package unless you request it. You will receive an electronic receipt.
CARBON NEUTRAL SHIPPING
Gift wrap is free and consists of brown kraft paper, flax twine (various colours) and a gift tag. To get your order gift wrapped, please leave a note at check out in the 'note' box. Please specify what you'd like the gift tag to say and if it is all items in the order that need to be wrapped or just specific ones.
CHECKING YOUR TRACKING INFO
Once your order is placed, to check tracking info, simply locate either your order confirmation email or shipping notification email and then click on the "View my order" button. If you can't find either email, send me a message!
