Please note: Local pick-up is currently not an option but we offer Expedited shipping (which includes tracking and insurance) with Canada Post or FREE local delivery within 15km of Guelph, Ontario. Enter your address at checkout to see which options are available to you.
Kinsfolk Shop currently ships within Canada.
Orders are sent via Canada Post and are sent with tracking.
Orders of $115.00 or more before taxes qualify for free shipping. Orders under $115.00 are charged a flat rate based on your location within Canada which is calculated at checkout.
We also offer free local delivery in the Guelph and surrounding area (up to 15km radius). Deliveries are done within 2 business days of placing your order.
At checkout, you’ll be able to select local delivery. To select local delivery, enter your address in the delivery screen and once it's filled out, click the "Continue to Shipping" button and you should see the delivery options.
If the option does not come up for you and you're having your order delivered in Guelph, Ontario, use the code GUELPHLOCAL at checkout. If using this code and your order is NOT within Guelph, your order will be cancelled or charged an appropriate delivery fee.
Orders will be dropped off at your front door (contactless). You will receive an email once your order has been delivered. If you live in a condo or an apartment, please leave instructions at checkout if you have a buzzer/where you'd like your order left :)
You can pay via Shop Pay, G Pay, Credit Card or PayPal. If you would like to pay via E-Transfer, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org before placing your order.
Multiple discount codes cannot be applied together. Free shipping over $115 (in CAD) does not require a coupon code but only applies if your subtotal reaches $115 (in CAD) after discounts and before taxes.
All packages are sent in cardboard boxes and paper materials (a lot of which are repurposed) or paper envelopes and are sealed with paper tape. Your box might have writing, vendor labels, or product details that don't necessarily pertain to your order. Some products do have minimal plastic that comes directly from the manufacturer. For most items, we try to source plastic/package-free. Products are packed as flat as possible to conserve packaging materials and reduce waste.
To cut back on unnecessary paper waste, we do not include paper receipts or paper packing slips in your package unless you request them. You will receive an electronic order confirmation.
CHECKING YOUR TRACKING INFO
Once your order is placed, to check tracking info, simply locate either your order confirmation email or shipping notification email and then click on the "View my order" button. If you can't find either email, send us a message!
Verify all of your information before submitting your order. Ensure you include unit numbers, condo numbers, etc. and that your email address is correct. Kinsfolk Shop is not liable for orders that are delivered to the wrong address because of an error submitted by the purchaser.
Kinsfolk Shop is not responsible for packages once they are in Canada Post’s hands.
We will do our best to help you track down your package though!
Also, if your package doesn't arrive, Canada Post will open an investigation to track it down, please respond to their correspondence as this helps us to claim the expense of the missing products if they can't be found which, in turn, helps us to keep our prices down. If Canada Post cannot find your package after (2 week period) their investigation, we will certainly send out a new one to you!
