SHIPPING (Please read!)

Kinsfolk Shop currently ships within Canada and to the United States & Mexico.

Orders are shipped out of Guelph, Ontario, Canada.

Please note that if you selected untracked (no loss protection) shipping, it can take up to 3 weeks to arrive within Canada and upwards of 4 weeks to the United States depending on your location (weather permitting! additional time may be needed for poor conditions). Tracking and insurance is not included in letter mail shipping and once it has been shipped, there is no way to tell where it is or how long it will take.

Letter mail shipping to Mexico is not currently available- only tracked shipping is an option.

Prices are subject to taxes.

If you prefer to have your order tracked and insured, there is a flat rate tracked shipping upgrade available at checkout.

Please double check your shipping address before ordering to ensure street numbers and unit numbers are correct as well as postal codes, especially if you use an auto-fill function for your addresses!

Kinsfolk Shop is not responsible for undelivered/lost mail with incorrectly entered addresses or if untracked (no loss protection) shipping was chosen at checkout as well as any tariffs or duties.

PAYMENT TYPES

You can pay via Shop Pay, G Pay, Credit Card or PayPal. If you would like to pay via E-Transfer, please send an email to tiu@kinsfolkshop.com before placing your order.

SHIPPING MATERIALS

All orders are sent out with minimal packaging to reduce waste and shipping weight. I ship most things in paper envelopes or rigid cardboard mailers (if needed). Invoices are not included but if you require one, leave a note at checkout.
