Ordering

How do I place an order?

Add your favourites to your cart and check out. Pay by credit card, Shop Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal. For e-transfer, email tiu@kinsfolkshop.com before ordering.

Can I change my order or fix my address?

Reply to your order confirmation email as soon as possible. I'll do my best to help before your order ships. Please double-check your address at checkout.

Processing & Delivery

When will my order ship?

I ship orders within 24 hours (not including weekends). Delivery time is additional.

How does shipping within Canada work?

Canada Post lettermail costs $2 + tax and typically arrives within 10 business days (give or take a few days for bad weather, and shipping delays). It has no tracking or insurance. A tracked upgrade is available within Canada only; enter your address at checkout for pricing. See the Shipping page for full details.

Do you ship internationally?

Lettermail is available to the United States, UK, Australia, and New Zealand and typically arrives within 30 business days. Enter your address at checkout for pricing. Duties, tariffs, and import fees (if any!) are the buyer's responsibility. See the Shipping page.

Can I track my order?

Lettermail has no tracking or insurance. Choose the tracked upgrade at checkout if you want tracking; this option is currently available within Canada only.

Damaged Items & Returns

What if my order arrives damaged or goes missing?

Email tiu@kinsfolkshop.com with your order number and, for damage, a photo. As explained on the Shipping page, I can't offer refunds or replacements for lost, delayed, or damaged lettermail orders because the service has no insurance or tracking.

What is your return policy?

Who makes the products?

Kinsfolk Shop features paper goods from Canadian artists, including my Art By Tiu line. Explore the All Artists page to find work by specific artists.
