Bookworm Journal: A Reading Log for Kids

Help feed the bookworm with every story you and your child read together! Each time you finish a story before bed (or whenever you read), fill out an entry page with the title, author, and rating of the book. Then, tear off the perforated corner of each page so that you can watch the bookworm "eat" his way through the journal.
