And even better if the book itself is a cozy read. Cozy books are typically heartwarming, comforting, and uncomplicated. They often focus on more seemingly mundane day-to-day tasks (like making a coffee), feature charming settings, have relatable, endearing characters, and low-drama, low-stakes storylines. They should leave you feeling like you've been wrapped in a warm blanket.

Legends and Lattes by Travis Baldree is the perfect blend of magic and charm. Follow the story of an ex-warrior orc turned barista who discovers her purpose after leaving behind her life as a bounty hunter. It's filled with quirky characters, coffee, and a really cool cat.
