540,000 tonnes of waste from wrapping paper, gift bags, ribbons and bows go into the landfill every holiday season. That's a lot of wasted resources (and money!) for something that's only used for a short period of time and can't usually be reused.
In comes Wrappr- these reusable fabric wraps are a great solution to mass amounts of waste created by the gift industry. Wrappr was inspired by Furoshiki which is a traditional Japanese fabric wrap and has existed in Japan for over 1,200 years.
Wrappr is Toronto-based and works with local artists to create designs for their wraps. This small wrap (50 cm x 50 cm or 19.5" x 19.5") features original artwork by Chris Del Degan. Perfect for wrapping gifts that are around the size of a tissue box.
