Square Hot/Cold Compress Pad

With its 4 sections that hold the grains in place, the square cushion is ergonomic and easy to use. As a heating pad, it relieves back pain, stomach aches or menstrual cramps, and warms cold feet. When used cold, it reduces inflammation and relieves migraines. It is a versatile and practical therapeutic compress.

Instructions:

Warm: therapy release muscle tension, relieves pain, aids in relaxation.

Microwave: for 1 to 1.5 minutes on high.

Conventional Oven: warm for about 15 to 20 minutes at 175C. Do not use a gas oven.

Cold: therapy relives inflammation, bruising, pain and migraines. Store the compress in a bag in the freezer.

WARNING: Handle the heated compress with caution to avoid skin burns. Always check the temperature of the compress before use by placing it on the inside of your wrist. If you wish to reheat the compress again while it is still warm, set a shorter heating time. Never leave a child under 3 year of age unattended with a compress.

Care: The compress must be protected from dust and stored on a clean surface. It is not washable in water but you can gently spot clean the surface with a damp cloth to clean it and remove stain. Removable and washable covers as well as storage bags are available as well to help preserve your compress. Wash storage pouch in cold water and let air dry.
