Carolyn Howse, a former graphic designer, studied traditional printmaking in a well-known studio in Oaxaca, Mexico, Taller de Artes Plasticas Rufino Tamayo (TRT) for almost 5 years. Her style leans towards the Mexican style of bold linocuts with influences of early 20th century British print artists. Currently, Carolyn resides in the Southern Gulf Islands in BC.
